CASE STUDY
Hands On Angel
Hands On Angel originally engaged T1 Atlas to simplify an expensive and fragmented technology stack. We reduced software expenses from nearly $1,000 per month to less than $100, automated core workflows, rebuilt the digital foundation, and helped support changes that increased monthly sales by approximately $6,000.
THE VISION
A Bigger Stage for a Passion
Before Hands On Angel and T1 Atlas began working closely as strategic partners, Steve Walsh came to us with a much simpler operational problem: his growing founder-advisory business was running on too many expensive and disconnected tools.
Hands On Angel was spending nearly $1,000 every month on software while Steve and his team were still performing work manually that could be automated.
T1 Atlas consolidated the technology stack, rebuilt key systems, created automations, and developed a more scalable operating environment. The relationship expanded into the website, marketing strategy, social media, customer journeys, and growth infrastructure.
The project ultimately became a strong example of T1's philosophy: growth doesn't always require adding more. Sometimes the biggest opportunity comes from simplifying what already exists.

THE CHALLENGE
Turning Passion Into a Platform
Hands On Angel was growing, but its technology and operating systems had accumulated organically. Costs were high, systems were disconnected, and too much day-to-day work depended on manual processes. The challenge was to simplify the operation without disrupting the founder experience that made HOA successful.
THE BUILD
A Complete System
T1 Atlas consolidated software systems, rebuilt workflows, introduced automation, launched a new website and digital presence, and advised on marketing and social strategy. As the relationship expanded, T1 remained involved as an ongoing execution and scaling partner rather than treating the project as a one-time technology build.
THE OUTCOME
A Strong Start.
Recurring software expenses fell from nearly $1,000 per month to less than $100 per month and continue to decline. Following the new website, social presence, automation, and broader changes, Hands On Angel increased sales by approximately $6,000 per month. T1 Atlas continues working alongside HOA on retainer as the business scales.
