Ridden - Gaming Mobile App
Three-time technology founder Vinodh Bhat hired T1 Atlas to turn the classic Wall Street game Liar's Poker into a modern mobile experience. In approximately six weeks, we developed a multiplayer application with video-connected gameplay, virtual credits, in-app purchasing, and social sharing.
THE VISION
A Bigger Stage for a Passion
Ridden began with an experienced technology entrepreneur who wanted to modernize a classic game.
Three-time founder Vinodh Bhat envisioned taking the mechanics and social competition of Liar's Poker and transforming them into a mobile game designed for today's users.
Because Vinodh already understood technology businesses, the objective wasn't simply to create a prototype. The product needed to move quickly while incorporating the social and monetization features required for a credible consumer launch.
T1 Atlas worked with Vinodh to develop the application over approximately six weeks and prepare it for distribution through Apple's ecosystem.
THE CHALLENGE
Turning Passion Into a Platform
Recreating the appeal of an in-person social game on a mobile device required more than replicating the rules. Players needed to interact with one another, see each other during gameplay, purchase and manage virtual credits, and have reasons to share the experience with others.
THE BUILD
A Complete System
T1 Atlas developed the mobile gaming application, multiplayer gameplay, integrated video connection during games, virtual credit system, in-app purchasing, and social sharing functionality. The project was structured around a rapid development cycle with a clear path toward App Store release.
THE OUTCOME
A Strong Start.
The core mobile application was built in approximately six weeks and is currently being tested through Apple TestFlight ahead of its planned App Store launch.
